- How do I use it?
- See Video
- Hold knife horizontally in one hand with blade facing away from you. In other hand hold The Original Sharper Edge so that the right side of the cutting tip is against the blade.
- Starting at the base of the blade, run the cutting edge smoothly across the blade towards the tip of the knife 3-5 times.
- Rotate the blade so that it points the other way, facing away from you. Starting at the base of the blade, move the sharpener towards the tip 3-5 times on that side.
- How do I sharpen a searated blade?
- Hold knife with cutting edge facing away from you and run the Original Sharper Edge up & down the blade. Do not sharpen the smooth side of a searated knife.
- How do I sharpen scissors?
- Open scissor, start at the inside edge of the scissor and glide The Original Sharper Edge the length of the edge matching the angle of the scissor. Do not sharped the flat side of the blade.
- After Sharpening Care
- After sharpening any blade, it is recommended to wash the blade and The Original Sharper Edge to remove any metal fragments and replace protective tip covering before storing
